Cash on Delivery Only
All purchases on Wyatt Tunes are completed via Cash on Delivery (COD). As such, we encourage you to inspect the package at the time of delivery before accepting it.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags, manuals, and accessories
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Items reported after the 48-hour return window
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number, clear photos of the product, and a short description of the issue
- Our team will verify your claim and guide you through the return process
- If the return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or request you to ship the item back, depending on your location
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed as a cash refund or replacement item, depending on availability and your preference
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
